Camera Alignment and Calibration

6-Axis Alignment Fixture to align and calibrate image sensors with micron precision, independently on each axis.  

Alignment Fixture was integrated with a programmable CMM to probe CCD’s, quantify errors, and indicate the necessary micrometer movements to perform focus, verticality and pixel alignment in 1-2 iterations.
