From concept to detailed design and analysis, 20/20 Engineering was responsible for:
- Offset Isolation System that includes a Hybrid Isolator in combination with a 3-axis Constraining Mechanism which increases payload flexibility allowing for larger lenses and cameras, including 3D filming payloads
- Weight Compensator that enables superior stability during aggressive flights
- New, ergonomic Payload Sleds that allows faster Camera and Lens changes and balancing using fewer operators, resulting in significant reduction in downtime during production
- Lens and Camera Interchangeability, studies and design for both film and digital
- Weight reduction and optimization though CAE
- Structural analysis including report for DER approval
- DFMA
- Prototyping and testing
