300MP Sensor for Wide Area Photogrammetry and Persistent Surveillance.  

The design involved tight packaging of multiple lenses and cameras, precise alignment and focus adjustment, rugged design for harsh vibrations environments, spatial balancing and thermal management.   Conceptualized and developed tooling for optical alignment with micron resolution: 6-Axis Camera Alignment Fixture, 5-Axis rugged lens kinematic mounts.
